Restored Paintings 

Oil, pencil, pastel, pen and graphite on Chinese paper, wood and canvas.

The paintings and drawings in this series depict scenes – of nature, buildings, and the meeting between the two – without any determinate location in time or space. Each work has gone through a process of destruction and restoration as I deface them in frustration and then decide to rescue them.
